Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kovarino ("the Service"), provided by Smart Technology Investments LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kovarino provides multi-debt payoff strategy optimization tools, including debt comparison calculators, balance transfer analysis, HELOC consolidation modeling, and related data services. The Service is not financial advice. Results are mathematical projections based on user-provided inputs and publicly available market data.

3. Not Financial Advice

Kovarino is an informational tool. We are not registered investment advisors, financial planners, or credit counselors. The strategies and projections provided are for educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making decisions about debt management, consolidation, or balance transfers.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. API Usage

Developer API access is subject to rate limits defined by your subscription tier. Automated scraping, redistribution of data without attribution, or use in competing products is prohibited.

6. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable but will not renew upon cancellation.

7. Data Accuracy

We source data from FRED, StudentAid.gov, BLS, and CFPB. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is current or error-free. Market rates change frequently and actual offers may differ from our records.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Technology Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
